Protection of personal data

Personal data are data that OÜ ILIKEIT collects to provide services, identify a person, contact a person to provide services, resolve issues or send advertising content.

OÜ ILIKEIT does not process sensitive personal data as defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (in English General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR, or EU Regulation 2016/679).

OÜ ILIKEIT undertakes to protect the personal data of customers and users and their privacy. OÜ ILIKEIT's online activities comply with all relevant actions and applicable legislation of the European Union and the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. OÜ ILIKEIT applies all precautions (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the collected personal data. Only authorized persons have access to change and process data.

Safety

All personal data that becomes known during a visit to OÜ ILIKEIT websites is treated as confidential information.

Below are the principles of OÜ ILIKEIT's privacy policy regarding the collection, processing, use, disclosure, transfer, modification, oblivion and deletion of personal data.

These principles do not apply to the processing of data by legal entities and other companies/institutions, nor do they cover the processing of personal data on websites/services to which our websites/services refer (external links).

The person representing the company (as the customer of the service) is not an individual, but an authorized representative of a legal entity whose processing of personal data is not regulated by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

What data is collected?

 

• • When visiting websites, anonymous technical data about the visitor is collected.

• • Technical data includes the IP address of the computer or computer network used, the version of the web browser software and operating system, the time and location of the visit (time, date, year). IP addresses are not linked to information that allows personal identification.

• • Data is collected about visits and stays on websites to improve them and enhance the user experience for visitors.

• • We use the automated tool Google Analytics to collect the above data. If you do not want to transmit this data, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data at any time as described Here.

• • For individuals, unique identification data such as identification code, name, email address, mobile phone number, city and country of residence are collected.

• • To process data from legal entities, we collect the name, country, address, email addresses for contact and sending invoices, names and email addresses of contact persons representing the company, as well as contact telephone numbers.

• • In the case of marketing messages sent via email, we may collect information about your activity, such as whether you opened the email, what links you clicked, what devices you used and their technical characteristics. This information is saved in the history of each contact.

• • OÜ ILIKEIT, having your contact data, may process your name and email address or mobile phone number for marketing purposes, including social media and online advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google). For these purposes, we process your personal data for 5 years from the date of adding your contact to the database. OÜ ILIKEIT has a legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) to send marketing messages to its contacts in order to maintain business relations.

Personal data uploaded by OÜ ILIKEIT clients within the service are protected by confidentiality obligations that come into force when the client signs the service agreement. OÜ ILIKEIT services can only be used after agreeing to the agreement. Agreement with the agreement is checked programmatically, in the absence of it, consent will be requested.

For the purposes of processing the personal data listed in this section, access to the data is granted to employees of OÜ ILIKEIT, who use all security measures in their work related to the processing of your data.

Consent to the collection of personal data related to and necessary for the service is given by the customer of the service at the time of ordering the service. Consent is considered given with the corresponding time stamp.

How long is the collected data stored?

Anonymous technical data about visits to websites and services is stored indefinitely.

Personal data related to specific requests and/or transactions are stored for up to 7 years from the last interaction with the service provider in accordance with the requirements of the accounting law to verify transactions. Interaction includes responding to direct marketing by viewing or clicking on a link.

To whom may the collected data be transferred?

Personal data processed by OÜ ILIKEIT may be transferred without the consent of the person only to an institution or person who has a direct right to do so by law (e.g. a court or investigative bodies) and a justified need.

Personal data processed by clients within the framework of OÜ ILIKEIT services are considered confidential, and the right to process, issue or transfer them belongs exclusively to the owner of the data (the client).

At the request of the client, OÜ ILIKEIT provides technical support in data processing, but this does not change the ownership of the data and responsibility for them.

What rights does an individual have over the data collected?

The right to access your data, correct it, and stop processing it.

By default, personal data is not disclosed unless appropriate confirmation is received (e.g. participation in training/seminars/conferences).

If personal data cannot be changed, accessible, published on the website or in the services, it is necessary to submit a request for obtaining or correcting data that allows identifying the person. If possible, the data will be provided or corrected within 7 working days.

If you wish to opt out of receiving direct marketing offers on all or some topics, you can do so via the link at the bottom of each marketing email sent. The changes will be effective immediately.

If there are no longer any legal grounds for processing, disclosing or providing access to personal data, you may request that we stop using the data or delete it, stop disclosing the data or providing access to it. To do this, you must submit a request that allows you to identify your person.

The request will not be satisfied if:

• • This may interfere with the provision of the service or the failure to perform the service,

• • This may interfere with the work of law enforcement agencies,

• • This is not technically necessary and/or possible,

• • The applicant has no legal connection with the data,

• • The identity of the applicant cannot be established.

For example:

 

• • You cannot delete your email address if you no longer wish to receive direct marketing offers. To do this, you must save your email address for comparison purposes – so that the email is not sent.

• • You cannot delete all data from your CRM if you do not want to receive any more contacts. To meet this requirement, you must save enough data for comparison - so that there are no contacts.
